Refund policy
We have a 14 (fourteen) day return policy which means you have 14 days upon receipt of the item(s)to notify us via email that you wish to return the item(s).
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with the original tags attached. Please email us at sales@babaco.online with your name, contact details, order / invoice number and item(s) you wish to return. If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item(s).
Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The client will be liable for the courier charges unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Once we have received your return request, we will notify you within 2 - 5 business days whether the return was approved. If approved, it may take up to 3 (three) business days for the amount to reflect in your nominated bank account.
The purchase of any item on sale is final and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept any returns on BIBS pacifiers or bottles.
